“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (I Corinthians 2:8).
I want you to not only believe with me, but expect with me that God will show us that which is invisible to our natural eye so that our actions and behavior will be based upon what is unseen and not seen. Why? Because it is what God desires for those who love Him. He calls us to “walk by faith and not by sight.”
Success has less to do with gifts and anointing than with perspective. That’s why Paul, despite all of his suffering (2 Corinthians 4:8-9), tells us to never lose hear even though our outward man is perishing because our inner man is growing (2 Corinthians 4:16). Therefore, progress is not always visible! But, we are progressing! That’s why He encourages us to fix our eyes on the invisible (2 Corinthians 4:18) and not look at what is seen. If we would embrace these truths with all our heart we will see the unseen in 2014.
